The Curated Farm is nestled at the base of Mt. Spokane in Elk, Washington. We are surrounded by lakes, rivers, and farm land in Northeastern Washington. The summers are hot and the winters are cold but the scenic peace out here away from the city is unbeatable.
Our property is made up of 7 acres of alfalfa hay, 3 acres of forest, and a seasonal creek. We have a large garden where we grow as much food as we can in our short and sweet growing season (zone 3). The calendula flowers we use for our products do especially well in our climate and we are planning on expanding the amount we grow as well as adding a small lavender field in the coming year. We do not use pesticides, sprays, and only a minimal amount of organic fertilizer.
